About the role
To support capability, build for the demand and supply planning organisation and center of excellence, including coordination of skills definition with SMEs and leaders, assessment strategies, data analysis and the design of learning interventions to enhance skills and drive technical mastery.
Collaborating with all levels of business unit/function stakeholders effectively; demonstrating strong business partnering skills and highly accountable for the design and delivery of fit for purpose solutions. Use business and commercial knowledge to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis.
Co-ordinate the effective development, deployment and embedding of the technical competency and associated learning solutions across the planning organisation and ensure these are aligned to the broader QSC capability framework.
Requirements
- Experience in capability frameworks, or capability build, and measurement of competency and behavioural change
- Understanding of instructional design, or learning science principles
- Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships and networks to get things done
- Working at pace, prioritising work and running multiple projects simultaneously taking accountability for delivery to project timelines.
- The ability to work effectively with various departments such as Planning, Logistics, and Customer Services.
- Proficiency in analysing metrics and developing strategies based on data.
Desirable
- Knowledge of supply and demand planning, and broad business acumen
- Experience of change management methodology
- Understanding of blended/hybrid learning delivery methods, tools, formats and platforms, and the ability to look for new solutions that challenge the status quo when needed.
- Experience in creating and managing mentorship programs.
