London – 12‑month Industrial Placement starting July 2026.

Looking to kick‑start your career in Business & Marketing? As a second‑year university student, this is your chance to gain hands‑on experience and learn from an experienced team that will guide and support you in reaching your full potential. As a placement student you’ll get involved in key projects and learn how brands are managed, from strategy to consumer engagement, working alongside experts in marketing, finance and supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about our brand strategy and the role of communication in the consumer journey.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to develop effective campaigns and consumer experiences.
  • Use digital platforms and software to analyse data, track budgets and manage inventory.
  • Assist in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating any potential risks to deadlines.
  • Support the production and approval of campaigns, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
  • Help communicate news, events and projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in production scheduling, materials management and product lifecycle tasks.

Education Requirements

  • Open to all degree disciplines.
  • Must be a second‑year undergraduate (England) or third‑year (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry with your university.

Application Process

  1. Application – provide education details and right to work.
  2. Online assessment – behavioural interview.
  3. One‑way video interview – motivation and transferable skills.
  4. Virtual interview – competency‑based interview, possibly a case study or technical exercise.
  5. Offer – outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

Interviews will be held in November/December 2025. We advise you to apply as soon as possible as we may close the role due to the volume of applications.
