- The role requires experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and digital platforms, alongside operational technologies such as infrastructure and security.
- Combining strong commercial understanding with execution leadership, the Senior OU Tech Partner owns end-to-end delivery, adoption, and performance of digital initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Haleon’s global roadmaps, governance, and ways of working.
- Success in this role is driven by delivery excellence, business impact, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global environment.

- Act as the primary day‑to‑day technology contact for assigned domains or initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to enable adoption and value realisation.
