As a Senior Data Product Manager within Commercial Effectiveness, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative data and AI-powered products that drive measurable business value across Haleon's Commercial Digital Services portfolio. Working in close partnership with stakeholders across the Data Office, Digital & Technology, Commercial teams and external partners, you will transform business requirements into scalable data products, trusted insights and advanced analytics solutions. Your work will support better decision-making, operational efficiency and Haleon's broader Data & AI transformation ambitions. Reporting to the Head of Data & AI Delivery, Commercial Effectiveness, this position sits within the Data & AI Transformation Team and is based in the UK, with regular attendance required at our Central London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the vision, strategy and roadmap for Commercial Effectiveness data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data priorities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities for data, analytics, AI and emerging agentic AI solutions.
- Own and maintain product backlogs, balancing business value, delivery capacity, funding and technical readiness.
- Ensure product investments deliver measurable outcomes and support strategic business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineering, analytics, architecture and data science teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Significant experience in Data Product Management, Digital Product Management, Analytics Delivery or Data Transformation within a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of Growth Function processes and associated data domains, particularly Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Strategy.
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategies and stakeholder needs into product roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success delivering data products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions or AI-enabled capabilities throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, master data management, metadata, data quality and enterprise data standards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Security and Compliance.
Preferred
- Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture principles, including Data Mesh, Data Fabric and enterprise data product models.
