The Great Britain & Ireland (GBI) Expert Digital & Data Executive will maximise the impact of healthcare professional (HCP) engagement across field force, digital and data activity. The role supports Expert Marketing activity across categories, helping improve HCP reach, engagement, recommendations and business performance. As local superuser for customer relationship management (CRM) and data platforms, the role will optimise systems, data and reporting to support HCP journey planning, customer experience, KPI tracking and compliant data use. The role will also own GBI Expert first‑party data (1PD) management and samples strategy, including data quality, processes, inventory, forecasting, budget management and performance tracking.
Success in this role requires ownership, bias for action, proactive problem solving and the ability to improve workflows and turn business needs into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as GBI superuser for CRM and data platforms, translating business and field force needs into clear requirements, workflows, and system improvements
- Configure and maintain CRM functionality to support targeting, segmentation, HCP engagement and other KPI tracking across Expert categories
- Support localisation and optimisation of Expert field force and data strategy across field force, the HCP portal, eCRM and other channels
- Own the GBI first‑party data approach including acquisition, consent, segmentation, data quality and governance
- Own CRM and data reporting, including building and maintaining Power BI dashboards when needed; translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Own the GBI Expert samples strategy, including monthly forecasting, inventory, budget, allocation, performance tracking and annual brand planning inputs
- Collaborate across stakeholders, including Expert, field force, Europe, Global, agencies and third parties, to deliver key priorities and share best practices

- Expert or HCP experience preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, commercial operations, digital or data desirable
