We are seeking a Change Readiness Lead to coordinate business readiness across markets and functions, working with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams to support adoption of new processes and systems.
Responsibilities include leading the Change Management Strategy, developing readiness assessments, and embedding behavioural change with nudges and action plans.
