The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business.
Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our ‘Win as One’ strategy.
The programme will strengthen the heartbeat of our business – to become more agile, efficient, and innovative – positioning us to drive growth through continuous improvement.
The Change Lead role plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.
- Detailed Responsibilities
- Communications & Engagement
- Oversee the development and execution of an integrated communications and engagement strategy and plan aligned to transformation milestones, business context, and local needs.
- Liaise with Corporate Affairs to ensure close collaboration and coordinated communication activities.
- Provide direction on messaging across stakeholder groups, ensuring consistency of tone, message, and purpose.
- Support leadership engagement at key change moments, enabling visible sponsorship and alignment across all levels, partnering closely with leaders to drive consistent messaging and action.
- Provide expert advice and support to leaders across on best practices in change management and communication.
- Provide oversight for the mobilisation and execution of a programme Change Influencer Network.
- Change & Readiness
- Lead the execution of the Change Management Strategy and associated tools and frameworks.
- Define the behavioural and cultural shifts required the transformation integrating mindset change activities into readiness, impact assessments and strategy.
- Drive the development and implementation of a robust change readiness assessment, change impact assessment and change action plans.
- Identify cultural blockers, manage change risks and resistance themes through proactive mitigation planning.
- Training and Adoption
- Execute the training and adoption strategy to support end-user learning needs across roles, regions, and functions.
- Ensure alignment of training content with business process changes, system capabilities, and local compliance requirements.
- Track adoption metrics and feedback loops to monitor and evaluate effectiveness, refine content, reinforce learning, and support sustainment post go-live.
Experience and Key Competencies
- Significant experience in change management, with experience on large-scale transformation programmes – ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations within global FMCG.
- Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align change initiatives with business objectives.
- Deep expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessment and adoption planning, Learning needs analysis, training strategy development and execution.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles and associated methodologies.
- Professional certification in change management (e. g. Prosci, ADKAR, APMG Change Management) – preferable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing capabilities across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting of data to objectively measure the impact of change initiatives
