The Business Integration Lead plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.

Key Responsibilities

The Early Engagement Coordinator supports the delivery of transformation activities by coordinating early engagement and market readiness activities across markets and functions ahead of programme deployment.

Working closely with Early Engagement Lead, Deployment Leads, Change Teams and programme teams, the role supports the planning and coordination of engagement activities, workshops, immersion sessions, readiness discussions and market communications to help markets prepare for upcoming changes.

  • Early Engagement & Market Readiness
  • Support the coordination and delivery of early engagement and mobilisation activities across regions and functions ahead of deployment phases.
  • Support the coordination of workshops, readiness discussions and engagement activities to support awareness and understanding of programme changes.
  • Gather and document local market, function insights, stakeholder feedback, operational considerations and emerging risks to support engagement and deployment planning.
  • Support the coordination of market immersion activities, engagement plans and readiness discussions aligned to deployment timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
  • Support the coordination of meetings, engagement sessions and forums across global markets and functions.
  • Maintain stakeholder lists, engagement schedules, actions and follow ups to support effective programme coordination.
  • Work closely with Communications, Change and programme teams alongside market and functional contacts, to support timely sharing of updates, decisions and engagement materials.
  • Engagement Support & Planning
  • Maintain engagement trackers, feedback logs, action registers and status updates to support programme reporting and planning activities.
  • Consolidate engagement feedback, risks and actions to support programme decision making and planning.
  • Work collaboratively with Early Engagement Lead and programme teams to support alignment of engagement activities with deployment milestones and implementation plans.

Experience and Key Competencies

  • Experience supporting change transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment with evolving priorities.
  • Exposure to large scale or multi country change initiatives, working with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting engagement activities across multiple communication channels.
  • Ability to gather organise and communicate qualitative insights, feedback and operational considerations clearly and effectively.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large-scale transformation programmes would be beneficial
