CBIA Effectiveness Manager - Europe

About the role

As Europe Effectiveness Manager, you will report to Europe Analytics Director. You are responsible for management and delivery of investment effectiveness analysis and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) for Europe.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drives effectiveness via MMM insights and value-added deliveries, including collaborating with local & global stakeholders on key questions that can be answered via the core MMM programme and/or ad hoc pilots, leveraging MMM output to deliver annual cross-market & brand meta-analyses, and delivering quarterly reports & newsletter updates.
  • Partner with the Global MMM & Pricing Analytics Team to ensure delivery and integration of the results and findings for Europe into relevant markets, ensuring ongoing conversation to embed findings and adjust investment plans accordingly.
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions that will contribute to Europe’s strategic objectives, specifically leveraging traditional and digital analytics to drive impactful decision‑making in Innovation Development, Connections development, white space identification, and brand/activity performance understanding.
  • Serve as a key advisor and business partner, providing data-driven insights from analytics to ensure the consumer, shopper, and expert are at the heart of Europe’s decisions.
  • Partner with commercial teams, providing robust analytical support for objectives, infusing Deep Human Understanding & Deep Market Understanding across teams by providing compelling analytical evidence.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in applying an analytical approach to answering business questions and providing actionable recommendations, preferably within MMM.
  • In‑depth knowledge of analytical practices and methodologies within the Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG/Consumer Healthcare).
  • Hands‑on knowledge and understanding of syndicated data measures and attributes across diverse data landscapes, coupled with demonstrable experience in business intelligence and analysis.
  • Proven ability to work under tight timelines and prioritise among multiple projects, with strong coordination and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A track record of exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior‑level engagement.
  • Ability to enable and drive change – resilience and tenacity.
