Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Office based)

We are looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our client's Commercial Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied role supporting the development and launch of consumer products from concept through to market. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you'll help coordinate projects, manage product information, and ensure products are delivered on time and to a high standard. A full handover will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product development from concept through to launch.
  • Research market trends and source new products and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, obtaining samples, pricing, and product information.
  • Coordinate product artwork, packaging, specifications, barcodes, and New Line Forms (NLFs).
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate product information across internal systems.
  • Assist with pricing, product submissions, compliance documentation, and code generation.
  • Coordinate product samples, supplier meetings, and development timelines.
  • Support WEEE reporting, product discontinuations, and attend trade shows where required.

About You

You'll be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience in product development, buying, commercial support, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
