Are you a highly organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for coordinating projects? We're looking for a proactive Product & Brand Administrator to support a busy Product and Brand team, helping to deliver exciting new product launches, marketing initiatives and customer projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within product, brand or category management.
The Role
You'll provide essential administrative and project coordination support across the Product and Brand function, ensuring key projects remain on track and information is managed accurately. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Product and Brand team.
- Raising purchase orders for non-stock items, samples and project materials.
- Coordinating weekly category project updates and tracking key actions.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action points.
- Organising product samples for customers, suppliers, internal meetings and trade shows.
- Managing customer new line forms and retailer documentation, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining internal product data and documentation.
- Supporting travel arrangements for factory visits, trade shows and store visits when required.
- Carrying out market and competitor research to support Product Managers.
- Reviewing artwork and packaging files for accuracy before production approval.
- Liaising with the design team to coordinate creative briefs and marketing materials.
- Managing digital brand assets, photography and product content libraries.
- Assisting with the coordination of product launches from concept through to market.
- Supporting the planning and organisation of trade shows and exhibitions.
About You
