An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / PA to join a busy operational environment in Runcorn. This varied role combines high-level administrative support, PA responsibilities, and day-to-day office coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing proactive support across a range of business activities. Previous experience within construction, property, engineering or a similar operational environment would be advantageous, although candidates with strong transferable experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Providing high-level administrative and PA support to Directors and senior operational teams. Managing diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up actions. Managing day-to-day office administration and ensuring the office operates efficiently. Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external contacts as required. Ordering office supplies and coordinating general office requirements. Preparing correspondence, reports, documents and presentations. Maintaining accurate records, files and internal documentation. Supporting internal communications and operational administration. Assisting with basic HR administration, including onboarding and employee documentation. Providing general administrative support across the wider business as required. Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. About You We are looking for an experienced Office Manager, PA, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator who is confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will ideally have: Previous experience in an office management, PA or senior administrative position. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, approachable and proactive manner. The confidence to work independently and support senior stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Previous construction, property, engineering or similar industry experience would be advantageous.
