Job Title: Marketplace Support Manager
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Trafford, Manchester

We’re working with a leading FMCG brand that continues to experience exciting growth, and they’re now looking for a Marketplace Support Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build their career in e-commerce and play a key role in driving marketplace performance. Working closely with the Amazon Marketplace Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces while supporting the launch and optimisation of new channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of marketplace trading, including listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, and account health.
• Coordinate and execute the launch of new marketplace platforms such as OnBuy, TikTok Shop, and Tesco.com.
• Develop and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, and imagery) to drive visibility and sales.
• Partner with external agencies to oversee Amazon Advertising and marketplace ad campaigns, ensuring strong ROI.
• Assist in building business cases and project plans for launching and growing new domestic and international marketplaces.

About You

• Previous experience with Amazon Vendor Central is essential.
• Experience managing other marketplaces such as OnBuy, Tesco, or The Range.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools to track and interpret performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
