Hourly Rate: £12.21 (Paid Weekly)
Our client based in Wythenshawe is currently looking to recruit a Heat Transfer Operative on a Temporary ongoing basis.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Your role as Heat Transfer Operative will be to collaborate closely with the Branding Unit Team Leader and Supervisor, to efficiently and effectively fulfil all heat transfer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Apply heat transfer branding to garments in line with established guidelines.
- Carefully review and verify all branding specifications before starting production.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for heat transfer applications.
- Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Continuously develop expertise in core heat transfer competencies.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute flexibly to various functions within the Branding Unit.
Experience and Expertise Required
- The ability to use initiative and manage their own workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A highly motivated, team-oriented attitude with enthusiasm and energy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in garment applications, typically acquired through three or more years of hands-on experience or equivalent demonstrable skills in a similar role.
