About the Role: We’re looking for a part-time Finance Analyst / Accountant to support post-acquisition payroll processing. You’ll work closely with the global accounting team to ensure accurate payroll accounting, reconciliations, and audit compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payroll accounting files to the correct GL accounts and entities
- Prepare payroll journals for SAP posting
- Input payroll elements into balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with accounting treatment of credit/debit memos post-payroll
- Reconcile ER tax costs for intercompany recharges
- Review other capital accounts and calculate tax journals related to the transaction
- Prepare full audit backup files for Internal Audit
Skills & Experience:
- Payroll Finance background or a Qualified accountant
- Experience with payroll finance/accounting reconciliation
- Comfort with journals, GL postings, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ability to handle technical accounting tasks (like credit/debit memos and tax recharges)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle technical accounting tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage reconciliations and reporting
