We’re looking for an L&D Advisor to join a People Services team based in Altrincham and help shape the skills, knowledge, and leadership of teams delivering impactful digital transformation programmes across the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions
- Deliver engaging workshops, facilitated sessions, and digital learning content
- Own and evolve an internal development framework supporting career growth
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Evaluate learning impact and continuously improve programmes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in L&D within professional services, consulting, or tech‑led environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Knowledge of blended and digital learning approaches, plus LMS experience (Absorb ideal)
- CIPD qualification is desirable (support available for the right candidate)
