Stockport
Our client a Stockport-based company, is in search of a Finance Manager. A well-established business, who pride themselves on building long-lasting relationships within their sector. In the role of Finance Manager, you will assume sole responsibility for overseeing all accounting procedures within the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
Managing and maintain the Purchase and Sales Ledger
Input supplier invoices onto Sage
Entering purchase orders onto sales invoices and email out
Monthly pay run
Report year-end figures
Month end journals
Profit & Loss accounts, produce P & L balance sheet
Chase overdue debt
File all expenses
Bank reconciliations
Cash flow updating and producing
VAT Returns
Enter new accounts onto Sage
Payroll (approx. 25 staff)
Record holidays onto holiday sheets
Other ad-hoc duties to support the Managing Director and Office
Experience Required:
Experience working as a bookkeeper/account’s manager/finance manager
Qualified by experience or formal qualification with both be considered
Previous use of Sage
