Salary: Circa £48,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

We are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, people-focused technology consultancy to recruit a People Development & Experience Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping learning, leadership development, employee engagement and organisational culture within a growing, innovative business.

Working closely with the Head of People Services and senior leaders across the organisation, you will lead the design and delivery of people development initiatives that enable employees to thrive whilst supporting the organisation's continued growth.

The Role

As People Development & Experience Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving programmes that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement and overall people experience. This is a varied and influential role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and embedding leadership and management development initiatives.
  • Developing capability and competency frameworks, career pathways and succession planning approaches.
  • Leading employee engagement and employee experience initiatives from design through to implementation.
  • Using people data and engagement insights to continually improve the colleague experience.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability and influence people strategy.
  • Driving organisational development and culture change initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing leaders to strengthen management capability and embed continuous development across the business.
  • Providing HR advisory support and guidance on employee relations matters where required.

About You

We are looking for an engaging and proactive People professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering innovative development solutions. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within Organisational Development or People Development.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or management development programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement, development and performance management.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • The ability to influence and build credibility with managers and senior leaders.
  • Experience using people data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
