Trainee Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Earlier this year, we were recognized as an official Workday Staffing Partner, further solidifying our reputation as the number one Workday staffing firm in the U.S.
We are looking for a number of ambitious and highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team based out of our UK office, to help propel our business to even greater heights.
Responsibilities:
- You\’ll receive world-class training in advanced sales techniques, along with in-depth Workday training to position you as an industry specialist.
- Your role will involve calling and engaging with major global organizations across the United States, understanding their specific Workday staffing needs, and delivering Hale’s tailored staffing solutions.
- You will be taught how to implement a diverse range of business development strategies to attract new clients, playing a key role in expanding Hale’s U.S. customer base.
- Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets designed to ensure your success.
- Connect with clients through video calls and meet them in person during visits to the U.S.
