What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve and exceed branch KPIs
- Use data-driven insights to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance accuracy and customer service levels
- Take a hands-on role in day-to-day yard and warehouse operations, including picking, loading, unloading, and stock control
- Oversee all goods in/out, ensuring smooth workflow, high service standards, and effective site management
- Maintain stock accuracy, rotation, and product quality
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
