About the Role
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll play a key part in helping customers create their dream bathrooms. Whether you're chatting through ideas, demonstrating products, or developing design layouts, you'll make the customer experience inspiring and enjoyable. You will:
- Welcome customers and guide them through bathroom styles, finishes, and options
- Learn to create professional bathroom layouts and quotations using design software (full training provided)
- Develop strong product knowledge across brands, ranges, and technical specifications
- Shadow experienced consultants and take part in structured training
- Support the showroom team with displays, presentation, and merchandising
- Deliver outstanding service that brings customer ideas to life
What We're Looking For
You don't need bathroom experience - just the right attitude and a passion for interiors. We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales role
- An interest in interiors, design, home improvement, or similar industries
- A friendly, confident communication style
- A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
- A team-focused mindset and enthusiasm for developing new skills
- Sectors like kitchens, furniture, flooring, tiles, or home décor are highly transferable.
