Location This role is based at our Newry Head Office.

Your Role This is a true generalist role offering excellent variety and scope.

You will be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues, supporting across the full employee lifecycle.

From employee relations and onboarding to engagement, reporting and people insight, no two days are the same.

You will work closely with an experienced People & Culture team and be supported by the Group People & Culture Manager.

What You'll Do Employee Relations Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing practical guidance on policy, process and best practice while advising on and managing a range of employee relations matters.

Onboarding & Workforce Planning Deliver a positive onboarding experience for all new starters, including coordination of induction activity, probation reviews and early-stage support.

Support workforce planning and maintain accurate headcount data.

Performance & Development Support the performance review cycle.

Coach and support managers in performance management, objective-setting, development planning and performance conversations.

Support talent, learning and development activity across sites.

Administration, Systems & Compliance Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant HR records and HRIS data, processing employee lifecycle changes, supporting policy governance, audits and people-related risk management, while promoting consistent HR processes and self-service across the Group.

Reward, Benefits & Payroll Partnering Administer benefits programmes, respond to colleague queries on pay, benefits and allowances, partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure the accuracy of contractual and pay changes, and promote awareness of pension benefits and Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs).

Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing Support engagement surveys and culture initiatives; champion diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing, while role-modelling the Group's values and promoting positive team dynamics across sites.

Management Reporting & HR Analytics Prepare accurate HR reports and dashboards, using people data to identify trends, provide timely and actionable insight, and recommend practical interventions to support leadership decision-making.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement Contribute to organisational change, process improvement and the wider delivery of the People & Culture plan by identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working.

You'll Thrive Here If You have 2-5 years' experience in a fast-paced HR generalist role.

You are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) or hold a relevant degree.

You have strong knowledge of UK (GB & NI) employment legislation.

You are confident using HR systems, Excel and reporting tools.

You are highly organised with strong attention to detail.

You are proactive, collaborative and solutions focused.
