Due to continued growth, we are delighted to recruit for a Trade Counter Sales to join our team at our Ballymena Branch. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building strong customer relationships.
The Role
As a Trade Counter Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both trade and retail customers, maximising sales opportunities while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all retail and trade counter sales enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Supporting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable advice
- Cash handling and operating a computerised stock and ordering system
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
