Due to continued growth we wish to recruit for the role of Counter Sales Advisor at our Larne Branch. We are looking for someone who will maximise sales, building good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations. Your key responsibilities as Counter Sales Advisor will include: Dealing with all retail and trade sales enquiries Identifying and assisting customers with product selection Cash handling and the operation of a computerised stock system A commitment to high standards of customer service The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Experience of working on a trade counter or customer facing role Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer Ability to work both individually and as part of a branch team Knowledge or a keen interest in building materials, hardware and timber The successful person will receive a competitive rate of pay plus fantastic benefits including: Staff Discounts Pension Scheme 30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Cycle to work scheme Training & Development Programs to help meet your career ambition To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
