What You Will Do
- Welcome customers into the showroom and assist them in exploring bathroom products and design options.
- Learn how to create bathroom layouts and quotations using design software (full training provided).
- Develop product knowledge across bathroom ranges, finishes, and fittings.
- Shadow experienced consultants and attend structured training sessions.
- Support the team in maintaining showroom presentation and displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help turn ideas into reality.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine interest in bathroom interiors, design, or home improvement.
- Experience in retail, ideally in a setting where design advice, customer engagement, and sales are key - such as interiors, furniture, kitchens, tiles, or similar sectors.
- Friendly, confident communication style with a natural ability to engage customers.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a team-focused mindset.
