This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Category Management team. The successful candidate will develop and manage a portfolio of suppliers and products, both existing and new. You will build and maintain relationships with our branches, providing the support they require to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Purchasing and the Commercial team to deliver group strategies.
- Negotiating and managing supplier agreements to secure the best products at the best prices.
- Assisting in the ongoing management of a core range of products stocked in all branches.
- Maintaining group stocks in line with company policy.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the Price Book on our computer system.
- Resolving queries with the Purchase Ledger.
