Position
Based in the Greater Belfast Area, a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Team for Business Development Manager. The primary focus is on driving Sales and ensuring the highest levels of Customer service in an efficient manner. The successful applicant will have the ability to create a strategy to identify and develop Key Customer Accounts. You will also use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships for the future.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Resolve issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner
- Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
- Collect customer feedback and market research
Required attributes
- Excellent knowledge or experience of building and timber products
- Previous experience in a sales-based customer focused industry
- Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
