Plumbmaster is a leading specialist within the Plumbing & Heating division of the Haldane Group, delivering a dedicated trade-focused service through expert trade counters and highly knowledgeable teams. Renowned for our customer-first approach, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our customers every day. We are now seeking an ambitious and motivated Plumbmaster Manager to lead our Ballymena branch. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland, offering a supportive and professional working environment and excellent long-term career prospects.
The Role
As Plumbmaster Manager, you will take full ownership of the department, driving performance in line with Group objectives while leading and developing a high-performing team.

- Drive and continually improve branch sales and margin KPIs

- Manage stock levels in line with sales and operational requirements
