Stock & Systems Coordinator - HF Newry Be at the heart of the action, in a team that has your back. The opportunity We're looking for a Stock & Systems Coordinator to join us. In this role you'll provide accurate stock and systems administration, maintaining data, paperwork and reporting. You'll be hands-on, safety-first and proud of the work you deliver. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.
What you'll be doing
Maintain stock and systems records. Process adjustments and documentation. Support counts and reconciliations. Maintain product and pricing data. Produce reports. Health & Safety compliance Undertaking any other reasonable duties or requests as directed by management, provided the post-holder is trained and competent to do so and the task can be carried out safely.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 17.00pm Fridays 8:00am - 16.00pm Saturdays (alternating) 8am-12.30pm. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Essential Stock / systems administration experience. Accuracy and systems literacy. Numeracy.
Able to meet the health & safety, legislative and competency prerequisites for the role, including any required licences, tickets, training and Opus SMS responsibilities. Personal attributes aligned to our values, with a safety-first, customer-focused and reliable approach.
