We are currently recruiting a General Yard Operative to join our Newry branch, supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy builders' yard.
The RoleAs a General Yard Operative, you will be a key part of the branch team, ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while providing excellent service to customers.
- General yard duties including loading and unloading building materials
- Assisting customers and trade drivers in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times
- Handling products safely and in line with health & safety procedures
- Supporting the branch team to meet daily operational demands
- Previous experience in yard work, construction, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential
