About the role?

It's fair to say this is a fast paced environment and no one day is the same, you'll be exposed to all areas of the employee life cycle, supporting our managers and colleagues across the Group.

Working with an experienced team at our Head Office in Newry, you'll gain broad experience in the following areas: * Employee Relations * Onboarding & Workforce Planning * Performance & Development * Administration, Systems & Compliance * Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing * Management Reporting * HR Projects & Continuous Improvement As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility with full support along the way and assist in the overall the People & Culture plan.

What We're Looking For * A recent degree (we value how you think over what you studied) * Genuine attention to detail, take pride in getting things right first time * Process discipline: you're comfortable following structured systems and procedures accurately and consistently * Confident working with data and systems, and motivated to keep records accurate and up to date * A sense of urgency, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication, and a professional, customer-first manner We welcome applicants from a range of degree backgrounds.
