Haldane Fisher are a leading timber and builder's merchants and have a reputation for innovation and excellence within their field. The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers. We wish to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator at our Head Office in Newry . We are looking for someone who will make an impact building good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.
Your key responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator will include:

  • Managing the lifecycle of a customer order
  • Liaising with customers on all aspects of their orders
  • Processing all orders timely and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively across the business ensuring customers receive their order right and on time
  • Liaise with purchasing department to ensure all stock is available
  • Liaise with the transport department to organise on time delivery
  • Review orders daily and react accordingly
  • Produce all delivery dockets

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
