Haldane Fisher are a leading timber and builder's merchants and have a reputation for innovation and excellence within their field. The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers. We wish to recruit a Part-Time Contracts Administrator to work out of our Ladas Drive branch in Belfast. We are looking for someone who will make an impact building good relationships while supporting with a range of administrative tasks within the Contracts Division.
Your key responsibilities as Contracts Administrator will include:
- General Administrative assistance
- Data Inputting & Reporting
- Processing and Tracking Orders where required
- Customer Service
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes
- Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
