Sales Manager - Ballymena Branch Who We Are Haldane Group, trading as Haldane Fisher, is a family-owned builders' merchant and timber business, employing around 700 colleagues across Northern Ireland, England and the Isle of Man.

With brands including Plumb Master, GE Robinson (Prowood) and Key Hardware, our success has been built on strong relationships, quality products and, most importantly, our people.

Location This role is based at our Ballymena Branch.

Your Role We're looking for a Sales Manager to join us.

In this role you'll lead branch sales activity, growing profitable sales and margin through the sales team and customer relationships.

You'll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team.

Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.

What you'll be doing Lead and coach the branch sales team.

Deliver sales and margin targets.

Develop key customer accounts.

Drive pricing, quoting and conversion.

Monitor market and competitor activity.

What you'll bring We'd love to hear from you if you have: Sales management experience in merchanting.

Account-management and negotiation skills.

Commercial focus.

Able to meet the health & safety, legislative and competency prerequisites for the role, including any required licences, tickets, training and Opus SMS responsibilities.
