What You'll Be Doing In this role you'll manage branch operations - yard, warehouse, stock and fulfilment - to deliver safe, efficient, accurate service.

In this key role, you will: Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve and exceed branch KPIs Use data-driven insights to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance accuracy and customer service levels Take a hands-on role in day-to-day yard and warehouse operations, including planning labour and equipment, picking, loading, unloading, and stock control Oversee all goods in/out, ensuring smooth workflow, high service standards, and effective site management Maintain stock accuracy, rotation, order fulfilment, and product quality Own operational safety and housekeeping Ensure all health
