The opportunity
We're looking for a Yard Supervisor to join us. In this role you'll supervise the yard team day-to-day, delivering safe, efficient loading, picking and customer service. You'll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.
What you'll be doing
- Allocate and supervise daily yard work.
- Enforce yard safety and working-at-height controls.
- Ensure accurate, timely loading and picking.
- Support and train operatives.
- Maintain stock condition and housekeeping.
What you'll bring

- Yard supervisory experience.
- FLT competence.
- Safety and people skills.
