About the role
It’s fair to say this is a fast paced environment and no one day is the same, you’ll be exposed to all areas of the employee life cycle, supporting our managers and colleagues across the Group. Working with an experienced team at our Head Office in Newry, you’ll gain broad experience in the following areas:
- Employee Relations
- Onboarding & Workforce Planning
- Performance & Development
- Administration, Systems & Compliance
- Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing
- Management Reporting
- HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility with full support along the way and assist in the overall People & Culture plan.
