We are currently recruiting a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Lisburn Plumbmaster branch. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at the trade counter
- Advise customers on plumbing and heating materials and product solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately using tills and internal systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised branch environment
- Support stock control, merchandising, and teamwork across the branch
- Identify sales opportunities and support customers with technical product queries
About You
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Experience in a fast‑paced customer service or trade counter environment
- Good knowledge of plumbing materials and products (or the ability and willingness to develop this knowledge)
