The opportunity
We're looking for a Branch Manager to join us. In this role you'll lead the day-to-day running of a builders' merchant branch, delivering safe, profitable, customer-focused trading through the branch team. You'll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage all branch colleagues and functions.
- Deliver branch sales, margin, and service targets.
- Own branch safety, stock, cash, and housekeeping.
- Develop key customer relationships and local sales.
- Control costs, resourcing, and standards.
What you'll bring

- Branch / store management experience, ideally merchanting.
- Commercial and people-management capability.
- Strong customer focus.
