Your Role as a Support Worker:

  • Supporting daily living tasks like meal prep, personal care, and household duties.
  • Encouraging community engagement and building social connections.
  • Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Implementing and monitoring personalized support plans.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development.
