Who? Halcyon are proud to be partnering with an award winning, family owned care provider who have been supporting elderly clients in care home settings for over 30 years. Their first home opened in the 1980’s in Bristol and they now have 4 others spaced around Bristol. They pride themselves on creating an environment where everyone can live their lives to the fullest, whilst enjoying a friendly, homely atmosphere coupled with the highest standard of care, being delivered by experienced, trained social care professionals. Where? This role is based in Bristol for a family owned care provider, who currently have 5 care homes. The role will be based in their stunning 26-bed elderly care home on the outskirts of Bristol. The role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the home and will be expected to use your skills and knowledge, whilst working closely with the Directors, to drive the business forward focusing on key metrics, like occupancy, agency use and overall CQC rating. As the registered manager, you will be working closely with the care team, ensuring they’re confident and proficient in their roles as care professionals.
