A brilliant opportunity has arisen with an award-winning Real Estate company who are looking for a Personal Assistant to support 2 inspirational Directors.
Based in a stunning location in the heart of Central London, in a boutique family-style office, you will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team where you will feel valued from day one!
A highly varied PA role, alongside traditional duties such as diary management and meeting organisation, you will have the opportunity to get involved in different projects along the way, as well as presentations, coordinating events and assisting with the creation of marketing materials.
We are looking for a polished, pro-active, and highly personable individual who thrives being the go-to person in the team and providing seamless administrative support. You will ideally have 1-2 years previous PA/Team Assistant experience, have strong MS Office skills, and will be confident managing a busy diary. Previous experience working in Real Estate/Property/Luxury is highly desirable!
A natural ability to build strong relationships is key as you will act as an ambassador for your team and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including VIP clients and high net worth individuals.
