We’re partnering with an award-winning and highly respected not-for-profit organisation to find an exceptional Operations Assistant to join their Central London team. This is a newly created role, offering a rare opportunity to truly take ownership, shape the position, and make a lasting impact within a purpose-driven environment.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and naturally curious - someone who enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table and looking for ways to improve how things are done.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including oversight of IT systems/AV set up/training, Health & Safety, risk assessments, budget management, streamlining operations etc. Previous exposure to managing IT and Health & Safety is essential. We’re looking for someone who is confident navigating these areas, as well as being tech-savvy and open to innovation. An interest in AI tools and how they can enhance workplace efficiency would be highly advantageous!
