A highly regarded Private Family Office based in the West End is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant / Private PA to provide dual business and private support to senior principals. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to a pro-active EA who enjoys being trusted with responsibility and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
- Board meeting support
- Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
- Supporting business operations and ad-hoc projects
- Providing private and lifestyle support, handling all matters with discretion
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
