A highly regarded Private Family Office based in the West End is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant / Private PA to provide dual business and private support to senior principals. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to a pro-active EA who enjoys being trusted with responsibility and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
  • Board meeting support
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
  • Supporting business operations and ad-hoc projects
  • Providing private and lifestyle support, handling all matters with discretion
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven PA/EA experience within a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Previous exposure to HNWIs or Family Offices (highly desirable)
