We are working with an award-winning media organisation to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CEO in a true right-hand, 1:1 role. This is a standout opportunity for a proactive, ambitious EA who is ready to operate at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing business led by a bright, dynamic and genuinely inspirational CEO.
Based full-time from the company’s stunning Central London HQ, you’ll be part of a globally recognised organisation that partners with prestigious international brands and operates across multiple offices worldwide. This role goes far beyond diary and inbox management. You’ll be a trusted partner to the CEO, providing seamless executive support while also playing a broader role across the business. From contributing to company culture and helping to shape internal events, to spotting opportunities for improvement and bringing fresh ideas to the table, this is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact.
