THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS in the office - hours 8.30-5.00pm
We are working with a CEO who operates with exceptionally high standards and is seeking a true right-hand Executive Assistant — someone who can act as a trusted extension of him and represent both him and the brand to the highest level.
This is a pivotal role within an ambitious, fast-paced scale-up. The successful candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, thinking ahead, and ensuring the CEO is fully supported so he can focus on driving the business forward.
The Role: You will provide proactive, high-level Executive Assistant support to the CEO, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing is missed. In addition, you will take ownership of a small element of office management (approximately 5–10% of the role), ensuring the office environment is both functional and well-presented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive diary and inbox management
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and brand ambassador
- Proactively identifying issues and resolving them before they arise
- Coordinating priorities to ensure the CEO’s time is spent effectively
- Supporting the wider business where needed in a fast-moving environment
- Light office management duties, including replenishing refreshments and maintaining an organised, aesthetically pleasing office space
Personal Attributes & Culture Fit: The ideal candidate will bring a positive, optimistic attitude and genuinely add value to the company culture.
You will:
- Be proactive rather than reactive, thinking one step ahead at all times
- Take pride in high standards and attention to detail
- Be confident operating in an ambitious, scaling business
- Enjoy contributing ideas, including planning engaging internal employee events at key points throughout the year
- Be trusted to work autonomously once embedded in the role, without needing constant direction
