An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly dynamic CEO and COO within a truly inspirational philanthropic organisation, based in Central London. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, offering hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home).

This is a fast-paced and high-profile role that sits at the heart of the organisation that is boutique in feel. You will act as a trusted right hand to both executives, providing seamless, proactive support while ensuring the smooth running of their day. The position requires someone who is not only highly organised and detail-oriented, but also confident, adaptable, and able to operate with discretion at all times.

A key focus of the role will be leading on complex board coordination. You will take ownership of the entire board cycle - from scheduling and agenda planning through to preparing high-quality board packs, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring all governance processes run efficiently. Strong prior experience supporting board-level activity is essential. Another key area is overseeing international travel arrangements and planning detailed itineraries for the teams upcoming trips.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a fast-paced SME environment. You will be a natural self-starter who thrives under pressure, demonstrates sound judgement, and is able to hit the ground running from day one. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
