A very slick, successful and well established boutique finance firm are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to co-support a senior executive within their Private Office. Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high level support across both professional and personal responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the Private Office. The role requires discretion, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate seamlessly at the highest level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in partnership with a senior Executive Assistant
  • Managing a complex multi-time-zone diary
  • Coordinating international travel
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of various events
  • Supporting personal and household arrangements
  • Handling administrative tasks such as expenses, invoices and documentation

While always maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have circa five years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals, ideally within a finance or private office environment. You will be comfortable working in a small, high performing team, with strong diary and travel management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt under pressure. The role is primarily office based with one day of remote working per week and may require occasional out of hours support.
