This provider has built its reputation by doing things properly: supporting leaders, investing in homes, and putting children’s outcomes first. Registered Managers are not treated as replaceable; they are developed, trusted and retained.
They are now seeking an outstanding Registered Manager for a well-established 4-bed Children’s Residential Home (CCE) in the picturesque village of Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire. This role also offers a relocation package of £7,000 tax-free, for the right candidate. So, whether you’re relocating regionally or nationally, this is a provider that understands the realities of moving and is prepared to invest properly to secure the right leader.

This is not crisis-led care. The focus is on stability, consistency and positive long-term outcomes for the children, supported by an organisation that understands the realities of complex placements and invests accordingly.
Who this role is designed for

- 21% annual performance bonus (achievable, transparent and consistently paid)
- £7,000+ tax-free relocation package (where applicable)
- Comprehensive benefits and long-term career opportunities
What they’re looking for
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
